Artist biography
Jørgen Boberg was born in 1940 in Roskilde, Denmark. He is best known as a successful visual artist, graphic artist and author. His debut at Kunsternes Efterårsudstilling in 1962, Jørgen Boberg distinguished himself as a sublime painter. Among other things, he has painted Queen Margrethe's portrait. All his works are painted with care and precision, small brushstrokes, technical work and attention to every detail.
Many of Jørgen Boberg's works of art have been exhibited at the major Danish museums (SMK and ARoS). His works can also be found in private collections around the country.
