Shipping and delivery

At gallerifusion.dk, three different delivery times are used. For some goods, special delivery conditions apply. The conditions will appear prior to the purchase of these items. You will be informed of the type of delivery you are entitled to upon receipt of your order confirmation.

  • Denmark delivery 3-5 days 
  • Europe delivery 1-2 weeks 
  • Outside Europe 2-3 weeks 

We ship to all of Denmark and abroad. Shipping costs are included in the sales price, and therefore do not appear during payment and on the order confirmation. Large items will be delivered to the delivery address, which is stated when ordering. Smaller items will be delivered to nearby parcel shop. You will be informed of the type of delivery you are entitled to on your order confirmation.

Customers' goods are always sent insured, either with our own driver or PostNord Erhverv. International customers' goods are always sent insured with professional freight forwarders

If no one is at home at the delivery address, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified about.

Right of withdrawal

We always want to give our customers the best possible service. Therefore, you always have the right to exchange and cancel for 14 days when you shop at gallerifusion.dk.

According to the Consumer Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt of the item. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your item, or received the last item in physical possession, in the case of an order of several different items, which are ordered in one order, but which are delivered individually.

You must give us clear notice within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. In your inquiry, you must make us aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return of items purchased on gallerifusion.dk

In order to complete a return under the right of withdrawal, right of complaint or exchange, the request must be approved in writing or by telephone by Galleri Fusion. If you want to use your right of withdrawal, right of complaint or request a replacement, please contact us at support@gallerifusion.dk or (+45) 4021 1521 

When returning, the item must always be in original condition. You can advantageously reuse the same packaging if you want to return your order. If the packaging has not been damaged during opening or during transport.

You are responsible for ensuring that the return order is packed properly. Therefore, always make sure to document the packaging by taking pictures of the package before handing in / picking up your return order.

You must save the receipt from handing in / picking up the package, as this is your security. You bear the risk for the item from the time the package is handed in / picked up until we have received the package back.

Upon receipt, we will process your return order and the amount will be refunded to the same account that was used when the purchase was completed.

Shipping costs associated with return under right of withdrawal, you must pay them yourself. Shipping costs are deducted from the amount paid, after which the remaining amount is refunded when the return is refunded. We state the return costs prior to the return, and upon refund

Goods except the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:

  • Products that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have a clear personal touch.
  • Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and recognition thereof, that he or she thereby loses his or her right of withdrawal.
  • Digital products that have been used. By the roof is meant that if the digital product is downloaded then it is taken into use and can not be undone.

Right of complaint

When you shop at Galleri Fusion, you have a 2-year right to make a complaint. Items purchased on gallerifusion.dk, the right of complaint applies from receipt of the item. 

The right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing. For example, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect handling of the item. 

It is expected that you, as a customer, use the product as agreed on the correct use and maintenance of the product. If a product is breached in relation to the agreement, it will be perceived as incorrect use, and therefore the product will not be covered by the right of complaint.

Damage during transport
When you receive your delivery, check it for any visible damage. If the item is damaged or has other visible signs of defect, you must report it immediately. Transport damage must be reported within 2 working days.
